Burnley Town Centre – Covid-19 Update

The Burnley BID team are currently working with partners and stakeholders in Burnley to bring forward plans to support the Covid-19 recovery process in Burnley town centre. If your company would like to input into these please plans please register your interest by emailing [email protected].

Accessing support on business operations and social distancing from the Environmental Health Team at Burnley Council
Burnley Borough Council have set up two email addresses for businesses who may require advice on emerging from lockdown, social distancing, closure regulations and licensing.

New Loans for Small Businesses
The new Bounce Back Loans scheme, announced by the Chancellor, will allow businesses to borrow between £2,000 and £50,000 and access the cash within days.
Loans will be interest free for the first 12 months, and from Monday 4 May, businesses can apply online through a short and simple form.
