Security Services for Burnley BID (Business Improvement District)
Groundwork CLM, the accountable body for Burnley Business Improvement District (BID), is inviting suppliers to partner with us on a 12‑month security services agreement to support towards the delivery of a safer, more attractive, and vibrant Burnley.
This tender has been launched to ensure best value for our BID levy payers, reflecting the scope and value of the contract.

- Objective: Secure a trusted supplier to deliver a comprehensive BID Warden (SIA DS) service that contributes to our town’s safety and vibrancy
- Term: 12 months
